About Ratty
Ratty. That’s me. I’m round, and brown and nosy and I’m clever too. My great friend is Cow and at the start of The Road to Somewhere, Cow is very sad – I want to know why!
She tells me that she is going to be sent away to be made into meat for stews and pies! That's not good! We decide to escape together. Woolly Woolly Baa Lamb decides to come too because he doesn't want to be a lamb chop. Off we go, all three of us.
